Established in 2018, Alef Recycling has become one of the largest and most advanced recyclers of PET (polyethylene terephthalate) bottle materials in Nigeria. We specialise in reclaiming and converting waste PET bottles into PET flakes and then into food grade PET pellets or resin.

Our washing line is equipped with optical sorters for both PET bottles and flakes capable of eliminating 99% impurities. The pelletizing (Extrusion) line is a STARLINGER iV+ super clean process output that results in the production of food grade pellets for food contact materials

Alef Recycling Company Limited employs eco-friendly mechanisms with advanced technology in the recycling of plastic PET bottles to produce and market high quality plastic flakes and pellets both within Nigeria and Abroad. HOW IT WORKS
Reclaiming and converting waste PET bottles into various grades of PET flakes and pellets. This is then converted into fibre, thermoforming, food-grade and strapping grade material to produce high quality and reliable end-products for use in packaging and other applications.
ACCREDITATION
In addition to developing state of the art facilities, we also ensure that our products are certified by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), U.S. food and drug administration (FDA), Standard Organization of Nigeria (SON), and the Halal Certification Authority.
